My translation work is mainly legal, corporate, technical and medical. I also have undertaken and undertake projects with various governments, the European Union and the United Nations. Please feel free to peruse my CV here.

I am now based back where my dreams first began, in Hexham, a half an hour drive (or 40 minutes on the train) west of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Close to Hadrian’s Wall it is a fantastic place to live and work.

There is also a wonderful languages community here – with coffee mornings or evening drinks with people who adore languages; a town twinning festival, international food, book and music festivals. For a translator and writer…It was an obvious choice.
